Quick troubleshooting
For customers
Refresh the page and check your internet connection. If the link is old, ask the business owner for the latest booking link.
Double-check your card number, expiry date, CVC, and available funds. Payment decisions are made by Stripe and your bank/card issuer.
Check Spam/Junk and Promotions. Also confirm you typed the correct email address on the booking form.
For business owners
You haven’t finished connecting Stripe. Payments won’t work until your Stripe onboarding is completed.
Re-check your working hours and time zone in setup. After updates, refresh the booking page (and clear cache if needed).
Refresh the dashboard and ensure you’re signed in with the same Google account used for setup. If the issue still persists, email support with your booking slug.

SoloPayLink helps solo owners create service booking links, product storefronts and connected Stripe checkout. We are not the service provider or product seller.
- Service bookings: contact the solo owner for reschedules, cancellations, refunds, no-shows, service quality, insurance, licences, safety or local-law questions.
- Product purchases: contact the seller for product reviews, descriptions, sizing, stock, delivery, pickup, returns, warranties, refunds or fulfilment questions.
- Technical platform issues: contact SoloPayLink support for sign-in, setup, dashboard, booking page loading, storefront loading, checkout access or suspected duplicate charge concerns.

Stripe and payments
- ✔ SoloPayLink is a service booking, product storefront and payment platform that connects solo owners with their customers.
- ✔ SoloPayLink never stores any passwords, bank login details, or full card information.
- ✔ Business owners sign in using secure Google Sign-In (Firebase authentication).
- ✔ All payments are processed securely by Stripe — a global payment company.
- ✔ Each business owner connects and verifies their own Stripe account (identity & bank) directly with Stripe.
- ✔ If you see a charge, it is processed by Stripe on behalf of the business you booked with.
- ✔ SoloPayLink charges platform fees on the owner side — not from customers. Product storefronts use a 1.5% SoloPayLink product platform fee.
- Available now in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada. Services and products use the owner's supported local currency where enabled. Other countries are coming soon.
- SoloPayLink is operated by Solo Digital Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. Company number: 17220868.
- ✔ Cancellations, refunds, no-shows, service quality, product quality, delivery and fulfilment issues are handled directly by the solo owner.
Service and storefront support
Customers use SoloPayLink free. SoloPayLink platform fees are charged on the solo owner side. The owner remains responsible for the service or product being sold.
Service bookings
Contact the solo owner first. They control availability, service rules, deposits, Pay Later trust settings, cancellation handling and refunds.
Check the provider, service details, insurance, licences, qualifications, local laws, cancellation terms and available reviews before booking.
Product storefronts
Contact the seller using the storefront support details. Product purchases are paid in full through Stripe and fulfilment is handled by the seller.
Check the seller, product information, local laws, product reviews, delivery terms, return policy and any safety or insurance requirements that apply.
